| Our reliability lies in our back process. Each and every meter at msc is carefully screened after which it is forwarded for processing.
The fabric processing starts at 2 of the latest singeing machines (double burners), from where the fabric is routed to our fully computerized Bleaching Plants. With the best of technology and manpower in place we can daily process 200,000 meters. |

| Dyeing |
We have recently installed our dyeing unit with one thermosol and pad steam dyeing. Both machines are equipped with Kusters Padders to achieve even and continuous dyeing. Together the machines have a monthly capacity of 1 million meters. This dyeing unit enables us to dye pigment, reactive and VAT.

| We have the technology to care bleach 90,000 meters or more daily. msc added wider width continuous bleaching range of the latest model in the existing bleaching machines known for qualitative bleaching of woven fabric.
Our new addition is a Mercerizing machine, which helps us to achieve evenness of fibre plus giving the fabric more lustre and shine. |

The digital Mahlo system enables us to control cross bow and skewing in fabric, which is essential in printing geometrical designs.
We can apply special finishes, including crease resistant, Teflon, flame retard, anti-guard and anti-bacterial etc. |
